It's normal to get shorter as you pass middle age.

You can influence it by insuring you don't have bone loss and work on posture exercises.

Yup. That important man thing keeps shrinking, but the ears and nose continue to grow until death. The wife complains about this all the time.

49 and had a physical two weeks ago. I'm still the same at 5'11 3/4"!
