Maybe go about it the other way. You know the vehicles you have in your care, so make lists of parts that fit each (cross reference lists etc). Then match the stock to the lists and decide what to do with stuff that doesn't fit anything. It's important to get rid of unusable stuff so you can organise and find what you actually need.
