Just watched a video by Watchweswork where he used this. Interesting way to check oil pressure.

Sadly, that would not work on a single one of my 8 cars. They all have paper cartridge filters.
A similar tool is how GM recommends checking oil pressure on most of their engines. It is far easier to use that tool on most vehicles than it is to pull an oil pressure sensor and attach a gauge.
