OK guys, bought a used Yerf Dog go kart in many pieces for a very low price knowing it would be a project putting it together.
Well, it's running now except for one thing, the clutch. The spring has come out of the clutch assembly during the first 5 minutes of the run. Poor kid. He was so wanting to get this thing going this afternoon.
Well, is it possible to stuff a clutch spring back in there w/o issues? The spring has protruded outside of the clutch mechanism.
Also, is it possible to tighten the nut that holds this too tight, thus not allowing the spring mechanism to expand?
As you can tell, I'm a newbie at all this, but we're almost there!
