Has Mobil 1 ESP (5w30) priced themselves out of the market?

Mobil-1 ESP has such a small slice of the Exxon-Mobil oil producing, retail-selling pie, that the ESP lineup would not be missed, had it disappeared in the next 12 months.
It’s mostly a Euro - and has more OEM approvals than most oils out there - don’t see it going away and likely is under other labels …
The title of the thread is BS anyway … it’s not overpriced …

Just picked up a jug for $41 CAD at Crappy Tire on the weekend.

They used to be more like $36, but $41 is still pretty good price compared to other comparables with the same approvals like Motul, Total, LiquiMoly.

Not bad ~ The oil (jug) & filter deals are $39.99 at AZ here …

Does AZ still include ESP in that combo deal?
If so, then that's a nice deal.
Yes - that’s how I bought it bcs they sell ESP at the normal M1 price - the EP is $5 more … it’s going in our Lexus (4T) in a few weeks …
