Has Anyone Had Tires Mounted & Balanced By A Mobile Tire Service?

I’d suspect some folks will pay a premium for a service to come to them…

And they will include commuting costs Im sure.

It doesn’t seem to me that a van or trailer would be a stable platform, so then resonances and vibration may affect the balance.

If I recall, Tread Connection had a $50-75 visit fee. (As my location is no longer in business, I can't look up the rate card)

The cost for a flat repair was roughly $30-50, so all in, $80-125. I suspect even with the convenience factor included, most folks won't pay that for a flat repair.

The most expensive shop in my town is about $25 to dismount and patch . I would pay a little more for the convenience of not having to deal with it but not much .
