So the situation is; the auger gearbox on my 2-stage Snow Blower appears to have white Lithium grease in it.
The problem with that thick grease in COLD temps are, once it's pushed out of the the way it doesn't really flow back to the important gear and worm-drive.
Sooooo, wondering if it would be a bad decision to add in some THICK gear oil such as 85/140???
