Grass fed vs grain finished beef

Been munching on both grass and spent malted barley finished beef for a week plus now.

Absolutely grass fed tastes better. Nice and lamby, just on the edge of perfect wild game/tamed flavor.

The malt finished is definitely more tender. I mean super soft tender, but zero flavor. I think some people like this. Yhey don't want their meat to taste like.......well meat. I get it, just not my preference.
