Front of Car dropped onto ground when tire removed

I'm thinking possibly a wheel bearing some related part had too much load on it due to dropping on the rotor.
 
I had this same thing happen. I thought everything was fine, and them upon doing a brake job, found that I had irregular wear on the inside of the disc. I think I slightly bent the lower caliper pin and the caliper bracket. I'm in the process of replacing those now.

IMHO, I dont think you did any/much damage. I've seen cars fall off jacks before - and my truck took much more of a beating slamming on rocks all day on an off-road trip in KY. the vibration could be your tires/wheels.


I think I agree with you. Unless I feel more vibration, it could be just me freaking out or mind playing tricks as chevyboy14 mentioned, I shall ask the mechanic to check it when I have the All-Season re-installed.
