Fram Ultra Synthetic cut open

I ran my ford flex with 5w-30 supertech full synthetic for 3,000 miles with a quart of HPL Engine cleaner.
Pay no attention to the inside of the can, I used a die grinder with a cut off wheel to cut open the filter so all sorts of crap probably is there which is chunks of the cutting wheel.
