in service: no idea, let the truck determine interval.

out/off: 13 quarts Rotella T6 5w-40 with Fram Titanium FS10890 (endurance in a titanium can)

in/on: 16 quarts Rotella T6 5w-40 with Carquest Extended Protection P84151

Looks okay, ruffles weren’t too bad. glue was super sloppy on the outside of the element. the factory oil pan was wore out from countless dealer oil changes so i swapped in a SPE +2ish quarts cast aluminum oil pan. also put a banks rear differential cover on it and refilled with 3.8ish quarts of Valvoline EP 75w-140 gear oil.

Leaf spring does look smooth, but the filter was built mid 2023, so about 2 years ago.

Does that filter have wire backed media?

yes, it’s an endurance in the Titanium can
Humm ... wonder if that's model specific since most Titaniums were Ultras in a Titanium can. The text on the dome end does look like Champ Labs format. And this filter was build about 2 years ago when Titaniums were Ultras in a Titanium can. So I'd say a special case Titanium.
