Is window screen too fine? Will it plug quickly w/ fine debris that isn't the problem? Either way I don't find that any super glues hold up long term outdoors.

I'd try one of the plastic weld type products from loctite, permatex, etc.

Used this today - it was $5 but did the work of 4 tiny tubes …
You tighten to perf (no tools) and the side tabs push the glue …

The screen works just fine. Not clogged. I can not feel any difference in air flow in the cabin. If you took a window screen off your house I doubt you would feel any difference in air flow. So far the superglue is holding well. I will try something else if it does.

Just use some silicone, run a small bead and embed the screen in it.
