Ever hear of Caveat Emptor?

Ever think about even if you win you'll have more wrapped up in a lawyer than those tires at $200 and hour?

Love the Internet "what if's"..... How much used stuff is bought and sold daily. As long as you are not selling obviously defective tires any defects would be on the manufacturer. As well as most private sales of merchandise are "As-Is".

Id sell them for whatever i could get. Dont flinch about liability any more than you would about selling some other used item

+1
Clearly the seller isn't an expert on tires, and the buyer should get them mounted by an expert who should inspect the tires before they are mounted. If the buyer mounts them himself, then he is taking responsibility for the condition of the tires.
