I know this thread is 2 yrs old but its still valid. And Shell 5921212091 Spirax HD Gear Oil 85W-140 is still available. I ordered online from Pep Boys. It even lists this exact manufacturer part number. Todays price is $2.72 a quart and $7 to ship 4 qts.

Thanks bitog. I don't post much here but every time I need oil advice or info, I can find it here. Thanks guys.

I don't think you will find a -35C fluid that is not 75w90 and all the 75w90 that I am aware of are either syn or have LS additive in them. If cold weather performance is an absolute criteria I would pick a syn 75w90 without LS. I think LS would be more detrimental than a syn. I would go with the non LS 75w90 Delvac. It meets all heavy industry specs and has a long life formulation and is available on Amazon.

I forgot about Subaru 75w90 made by Idemitsu. This just might be your ticket and should meet all the requirements.

Appears to be about 25% synthetic. This is probably essential to get the 75w rating. I'm still thinking this is probably the closest spec to your requirements:

or Eanos

Since this thread has come back, I'll update my status.

Originally the shop that did the install used conventional fluid and added FM. I had asked not to, but saw it on the invoice- maybe just habit. The TT worked nice so I didn't really think much of it but it always made me wonder. Eventually, I got around to swapping the fluid for Amsoil Severe Gear 75/90 and there is a noticable difference- it grabs much better. I mean both tires will get power longer in a slip situation. I wouldn't have thought it would be big enough to feel but it is. Despite the Amsoil being LS ready, it works great for me with the TT. Based on my experience, I would say at least Amsoil is ok, but not sure about other LS ready synthetics.

I get Delvac 1 gear oil from Summit Racing, best price but normally takes $100 to get free shipping so I pick up other items too … think they carry it for the Porche track crowd … very versatile fluid when you consider it's a 500k OTR truck gear oil … I have had it in three LT's so far …
