Next time walk out with a bucket of water and tell him to flush.
Of the 2 main things that dogs do, peeing is definitely the more difficult thing to clean up. If one dog does it, others will chime in and kill the grass overtime. Hopefully the dogs aren't allowed to leave landmines in your yard?
Not much you can do aside from the predator urine or make a rock garden around it so there's no grass getting killed.
We live in the country, but when we walk the dogs I keep them out of peoples (neighbors) yards. If they do make a mess, I clean it up. Grass along the ditch is fair game.
