If that is true then the fluid in the master cylinder Reservoir would never get dirty or dark. Explain how clean fluid will introduce contamination? There is a reason that gravity bleeding works. There is good benefit to it, its getting some new juice.

Because brake fluid is Hydroscopic. Its corrosion and water, but the water in the reservoir isnt that big of a problem its the water and contamination in the pistons thats the problem. You don't solve or adress that by changing reservoir fluid. I mean if the fluid you see makes you feel better if its clean great, but there is no performance benefit. Your calipers are still sitting in water absorbed acidic brake fluid degrading constantly. You know the part of the system that actually does the stopping.

You open the bleeder fluid pressure from the higher up reservoir causes fluid to flow out. That is helpful that removes fluid from the caliper because it gets pushed out by the fluid leaving the resevoir and once all that fluid us home fresh fluid is intrroduced. You see you open the sealed system. In normal conditions the csaliper fluid never leaves the caliper. You "point" is barely related to what we are talking about .
