Crazy Cam Timing Numbers On ScanGuage- Coyote 5.0

There is no startup tick or rattle that might make me think cam phasers, but my scan gauge 3 is showing me some interesting cam timing numbers occasionally. I mostly see these at start up and under heavy load when the cams are close to or at 0.00 timing. Under light load they are usually at 30.0-40.00

Engine runs great and gets full EPA mileage claims, currently using VRP 5w30 and Fram Ultra because I purchased it before I knew better.

Has anyone ever seen this before or know why the scan gauge might do this? Thank you.

Based on VERY limited experience, the old Ford 3.0 V6 would do something similar when the not-a-distributor for DIS fails -- but it also falls on its face over ~3500rpm

I'd say your ScanGage is wrong or you'll have manufacturer specific codes for failed CMP/CKP or similar. Obviously, you'd expect drivability concerns if the latter were true.
