AZ in Charlotte is a bad joke. The most mismanaged bunch of nincompoops I have ever had the misfortune to try to do business with. I have NAPA, AA and AZ within walking distance. PB is about 3 miles away. AA is the only one I buy from anymore. Most people around here must feel the same as the parking lot is busy and there are 2 or 3 counter jocks going all the time.

I've gotten some whack information from AutoZone. (Pre-BITOG - "Can I use 0w30 in my car? (2004 Pontiac Sunfire, 2.2L 140 Ecotec)" Answer: "Sorry, but 0w30 is only designed to run in old American muscle cars. It will ruin your engine.") (GC 0w30 turned out to be a great oil for my car).

Whats worse is the fact that I've gotten incorrect oil filters/air filters because my AutoZones don't have the parts list for your car. You have to ask employees to find the part for your car.

I don't go there anymore.
