I took these photos from the B&B I’m at. The tow truck operator hooked up at the rear and simply dragged the entire vehicle towards the ramp at an angle. He then jammed Teflon pads under the wheels to get the tires to skid.
A little while later the grey vehicle next to it also got towed. I didn’t get photos but saw it getting towed away. With it, they put a dolly under the front wheels and picked up the back end with the hook.
