Battery 51 R 500CCA in a Hyundai Sonata 124R

If it holds in the battery case and the CCA are similar (within 100 CCA of each other) what are the negatives of using one in the other vehicle?

What about the 124R in the 51R (Honda Civic) then the other way around. What are the negatives if any?

12 volts is 12 volts. You could use a garden tractor battery without much problem.

Used this in a Taurus for 3 months. Never had a problem starting.
