Are direct fuel injection cleaners needed ?

Yes it does! This is an oil forum where we obsess about these things. One with little to no deposits from an owner who was obsessive about cleaning his intake, vs one from an owner that has done nothing but regular maintenance. This would include a full suite of dyno, fuel economy, and drivability tests. We could finally put this issue to rest
