I think it's awesome. you pick out an artist as a "station" then it plays similar styles of music accordingly. you choose like or dislike for the song and it adjusts its choices.
It's also interesting to read an analysis of the song you are listening to. strangely, I seem to like music in 12/8 time with vamping and minor key tonality

anyone else use pandora?

Last night I signed up with Pandora, had no problems setting up several "stations". Loved the whole gig.

Get up this AM, and screen doesn't load. No music, no nothing. Just some portions of the initial screen - "PANDORA", and the links at the bottom, which do work.

I tried it in IE (which I hate and won't use) and Pandora works - so it's not any of my external firewall stuff blocking it. Seems to be a Firefox problem.

I checked that pop-ups are not being blocked, Java is enabled, Flash working (version 9,0,47,0 installed) etc, still not working. Any clues?

I'm pretty much addicted to it now. But I gave up fighting to get it to play in Firefox. Just too secure. I play it through Opera running concurrently. No problems.....but who knows what back doors it may leave open with Opera.

I just found a way around that (and I'm in Canada). If I fire-up my VPN connection - which routes me through my company's US head Office - I'm in like Flint ! I get a new IP when I log in with VPN and I gather it's registered as a US based IP.

I'm registered and listening.
