I was wondering if anybody orders there oil filters on line? Wondering where would be a good place to go? Thinking about changing to Wix.

amazon.com is a great place to start. They have all the popular choices at a decent price and free shipping if you make a $25+ order.

We have a new Site Sponsor that can handle your filter needs. These are all NAPA Gold made by WIX. Be sure and mention BITOG if you order. Thanks. PH 866-949-3458

I found fleetfilter to be less expensive than filter1, even with having to pay for shipping.

The real savings is in the air filters, in my opinion. The oil filters just go along for the ride without adding much extra to the shipping.

I just ordered some oil filters along with some air filters from www.rockauto.com

I was curious since they had a Mahle Oil filter OC 340 for a 1999 Camry 2.2 for just $2.42 plus shipping. The filter says Made in Austria. I can get the -YZZF2 Denso filter on sale now for $4 at the local Toyota dealer, but I was curious to try something different.

They are also listing a Mahle filter for the V6 Camry at only $2.08

This deal isn't as good as the PepBoys after rebate Purolator deal, but the Pepboys I have been to have pretty much been cleaned out.

I recently used fleetfilter.com. A fair deal in my opinion - I paid just over $35 for 5 Napa Gold oil filters and a cabin air filter for my 04 Accord.
They weren't a site sponsor when I placed my order - are they offering some sort of discount to BITOG members?

Thank you guys. When we created our business model in early 2005 for the website side our business, I purposely set it up so it would be the cheapest you'd find anywhere. Yes, you do pay shipping, but even factoring that it, you're still coming out ahead over our few competitors.

We're glad to be a part of the site.

Do you have a first name that you would like to be called...or would you rather be called "FF"

This is usually an accepted acronym for "full flow", though.

I've been going to order some filters online for a week now, not knowing if I would do better at filter1 or fleetfilter. I guess it doesn't matter now if there's a small price difference (or not), fleetfilter it is!

I was very happy with filter1.com, received my shipment in 2 business days, excellent service! I think I will try fleetfilter.com next time, although I know they are more expensive for my particular filters when factoring in shipping. $16 shipping for a $50 order...
