There have been obvious manufacturering glitches at Wix especially around 2022-2023 as a result of labor and supply chain issues. Im hoping these issues have been addressed. Its not just at Wix but most everywhere during that time period.

It’s been since 2016 after the M+H purchased them. I had used them since the 90’s until I saw the decline.

Wix had a big problem with supplying Napa with the filters that they needed. I know I couldn’t get filters that I ordered for our company in a timely manner.
Napa called me one day and said we just changed suppliers and will not have issues with having what I needed on the shelf.
I said that’s crazy that wix was having such an issue with there supply chain.
I really like the new supplier of Napa filters. They appear to be top quality.
