Americans Can Handle the Truth

Sometimes I joke that there is intelligent alien life out there, but it is so intelligent that it thinks going to Earth is a dumb idea.

The majority of Americans [people in the U.S] can not discern the truth from a lie.

The Zombies are the TV watching public. See Zombies are real

John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, says it’s time for the U.S. government to release any evidence it has about the existence of alien forms of life in outer space.

Podesta, who was also a chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, told CNN that if Hillary Clinton is elected, she’ll ask for as many records about Area 51 in Nevada as the U.S. government has to be declassified.

“I think that's a commitment that she intends to keep and that I intend to hold her to," Podesta told CNN.

Area 51 is a remote Air Force test and training range that’s been the subject of conspiracy theories, including UFO sightings.

"The U.S. government could do a much better job in answering the quite legitimate questions that people have about what's going on with unidentified aerial phenomena," said Podesta.

Asked if the government is holding proof of alien life, Podesta said: “That’s for the public to judge once they’ve seen all the evidence that the U.S. government has.”

Asked about his own beliefs, Podesta simply said: “There are a lot of planets out there,” adding “the American people can handle the truth.”

Doubt anything would come of this, but I'd love to see some information that would blow my mind.

*Please keep this on the topic of UFOs, NOT politics. Thanks

From all the research I did over the last few years on this topic, it comes down to about 5% of incidents that are unexplained. This does not mean they are of alien origin or can not be explained, but I must say they are pretty remarkable accounts from some very high up, respectable people.
Her swinger husband promised to release space dude stuff and didn't. There's nothing there. Project Blue Book was the first official investigation, and it began in the late 50s.

Even if they had all of this, what are the odds that the era of intelligent life in more than one place in the universe would overlap while at least one of them had the technology?

It's not only about technology, but does our timeline overlap with the timeline of such an advanced species before they take themselves out or are wiped out by some catastrophe event like what happened to the dinosaurs?

Space is BIG.

The "I'll release all UFO info if/when I'm elected!" must be a Democrat party thing.
When campaigning for president, Jimmy Carter said the exact same thing. After elected, he never said another word about UFOs again.

Well, there is a certain evolution of stars that yield the heavier elements from which systems with the elements needed for habitable planets are created.
The timeline of the development of such systems is therefore somewhat constrained.
We can probably rule out any advanced life within the near neighborhood, say ten light years or so. If such life existed, we'd be watching their TV shows and listening to their pop music of ten years back and they ours.
We do have images that show us what was going on at the fringes of our universe a few billion years ago, but we can see nothing about what's happened there since. Such are the limitations of the speed of light.
What I'm trying to convey is that the time frame in which solar systems with habitable planets can have evolved is relatively brief in the context of the universe of which we are a part.
Still, a difference of a thousand years would be but the blink of an eye in this context and imagine how much our technology will have advanced over the next thousand years.
There is intelligent life out there in systems in our own galaxy.
Those civilizations are simply too far away to even be aware of our existence or us theirs much less to visit us.

IF there is any data on intelligent extraterrestrial life, do you really think any president has a high enough security clearance to know about it?

Information would probably be compartmentalized, on a need to know basis.

I don't think they would let any public figure know.

I have always wondered why aliens always land in the USA, there are plenty of other places on the planet they can go without being abducted and subjected to objectionable experiments.

If the aliens really wanna help us out, they can come down and abduct Hillary.

Y'all need a human specimen to conduct experiments on ? Have at it.

Different parts of the globe seem to attract the attention of different species, with the Greys being very much an American phenomenon. Perhaps this reflects the interests of the Greys, or reflects the cultural subjectivity of the witnesses themselves. We would advocate the former, but the inconsistency of alien contact does generally obscure the field of Ufology.

Quote:
The Greys
Description: 3-4ft tall, bluish grey in colour, large bug-like black eyes, slit for a mouth, small nose. 3 fingers and a thumb, long spindly arms and legs. Often seen with small dwarf-like creatures. Type most commonly seen in abduction cases.

These sneaky little devils seem intent on becoming the archetypal visiting alien. Roswell saw their emergence into the limelight during an ill-fated expedition to spy on American atomic secrets, or radar or God-knows what. Whatever the reason, there they were, altering world history forever. Swiftly came the National Security state, MJ12 and the development of an exceedingly successful anti-flying saucer campaign by the intelligence services. These critters abduct humans, mutilate cattle and invade our skies with impunity. It's no wonder the secret's kept under wraps.
