It will be fine if shipped/sold by Amazon. When you receive the filter, don't be alarmed if it is made in another country. Many filters, including the genuine GM filter for my Cadillac and the ACDelco filter for my Honda, have been imported for the past 5+ years; some from Mexico, some from China. I have bought them from Amazon, Rockauto, and the local parts store, and all are the same COO. ACDelco filters fit and function very well.

Both delco and fram good filters. If the delco is an authentic genuine part go with the delco it’s better priced.
