R134a A/C in my Saturn is warm.

I still have a little pressure, so system should just be low on freon…

Need a hose set, as I use it once a decade, an inexpensive one…

Got the can of freon already…

Get this inexpensive charging hose with a simple to understand gauge if your can of R-134a refrigerant has the newer self-sealing valve connection.

If the can is the older style that requires the piercing needle tap, you can find a similar hose/gauge assembly with the needle tip on Amazon or eBay for ~$15.

dont you need low and high side manifold to properly charge?
He won't need to read the high side if he is only trying to top off the low freon on a cheap 20+ y.o. Saturn. High pressure readings are required to get it to factory perfect specs. if you suspect intrusion of non-compressible content (air, water, etc.) or if you have restricted flow in the TXV or expansion orifice tube.

Depending on the ambient air temperature, getting the low-side pressure between 30 - 40 psi will get the A/C to satisfactory operation.
