Thats a super easy set of belts. I would quote $68 for labor since it's easiest to do on the lift. Good belts at a shop will be about $40 each and there is 3 i believe.
On one of the belts you have to remove an engine mount. And then you need to get them tensioned correctly since there isn't an automatic tensioner. It's more dinking around verses doing a serpentine belt.
Look into Bando drive belts, as they are an OEM supplier. You can get them on Rock Auto. If your 97 model is remotely close to the 98-02 model, then those belts are easy to replace. Just don't put too much tension; this can't be emphasized enough.
