I have a 2002 Honda Accord (almost 270k miles) with leather driver seat which needs repaired/replaced. It's several hundred dollars to have repaired by a local upholstery shop. Weathertech has seat protectors for $140. The only other option I can think of is a junkyard which I'm doubtful of leather quality there. Has anyone used these seat protectors from Weathertech or have other thoughts?

Thanks.

Iggee seat covers are $185 a pair and they look like the original seats and don't even look like seat covers.

There's also Coverking's cheaper Moda line for about the same price as Iggee. Coverking doesn't sell their Moda seat covers directly on their site, but rather through select distribution channels.

Both brands are fully compatible with side airbags and heated seats.

You might find an eBay leather replacement seat cover, which is really not all that hard to install. Believe it or not, I've seen people cut the "hog rings" and use tie wraps.
