You could stick a 200 pound pull magnet on bottom of oil pan to magnetize the pan. You have to de energize the pan when doing oc so particals don't stick when draining. U simply take off magnet and and tap on pan several times to cause vibrations. It will demagnetize then.

Max life is working well for me. It's not actually licensed for my app but they recommend it and all is well. It is licensed for merc lv i guess or its right on the front of the bottle anyway. I'd say either or will work fine for you.

Could be wpp, Citgo, delphin, or Exxon. Depends where you are. I'd run st for 5k. I've used it often. What I've learned is 10w30 will flow like 5w30 in warm months at start up. Also uses less vl so will not break down as fast I'm told. I'd use the 10w30 at this time.

I just picked up 3 5qt jugs of 10w30 maxlife full synthetic ordered ay WalMart online for $18 a piece. Their still selling it for that. Free store pick up. I'll be putting it in a 2.3 fusion. Good deal. I'm in corpus. Figure the heat here justifies using it. Seems necessary to me.
