I have a Kawasaki FH430V 15 Hp 2 cylinder engine in my Cub Cadet lawn mower. I would like to add an oil pressure gauge but cannot find any information on this engines normal oil pressure range. I checked on www.kawpower.com and on the internet. There is no information on oil pressure in the owners manual either. Anyone know what the normal range should be? I was thinking about going with a 1 1/2" 0 to 60 psi mechanical gauge.

I do not know what the oil pres should be. I too have the same engine. I got the low oil pres light at idle when new. After and oil change to M1 syn the light went out.
FWIW, the low oil sender is supposed to be 5 PSI on my JD tractor.

Don't know exact but I think a lower gauge might work better. 0-30psi. If it pegs than throw the 0-60 on there. Think the briggs run about 7psi at full rpm if that means anything.
