Lower oil pressure mid OCI, PF48

the melling 10296 in my truck makes some crazy oil pressure. i idle at 60 psi and go down the road at ~77 psi

Update: Two weeks' of commuting into the new filter and everything continues to be normal on the oil pressure gauge. Something was apparently amiss in that AC Delco filter and changing it out got pressure back to normal.
