Kawasaki Oil Filter

Does anybody know which Napa Gold or Wix filter will fit a Kawasaki 15 hp V-Twin. It is on a Cub Cadet 1525. Thanks!

If you have the engine model # you can go to this link and select "off highway equipment" under "select a vehicle" and then "Kawasaki". It then gives you a list of models.

my 15HP kawasaki engine uses the same filters as a 1991 Geo Prizm (1.6 liter). There are two filters - one long and one short - and they both fit under my hood.

I don't know the filter number off the top of my head but it may help you if you have a applications guide.

edit: i just looked up the numbers and they show a WIX 51394 or 51396. If you look under the Kawasaki Mule utility machine it also lists these filters for all engines. Well,, it actually only lists the 51394.

It doesn't list my engine, so maybe Wix doesn't make a filter for it. Thanks for the link.

The Kawasaki motor in my John Deere has 3/4" x 16 threads. About any filter for a Ford will fit on there.
