Rust Bullet

Have any of you ever tried this product? Product's of this nature generally are not worth the money or effort expended to apply it. A friend of mine swears by this stuff. Just starting to get some light surface rust on the bottom of my doors and under the lip of the hood. I am tempted to try it and see what happens. Thoughts?

I tried it about 10 or 11 years ago on my Explorer when I was living in Milwaukee. The area under the running board by the rear driver side door still rusted over the years. Same with the under lip of the hood on a 1986 Chevy Nova I had up to 2009. I forgot how much that little pint cost but I wouldn't buy it again.

I used it on my old Integra on the rusty quarter panels and the rust kept spreading and getting worse almost right away. I had it sandblasted and coated, but since the back of the metal wasn't accessible, it probably wouldn't have mattered.
