It seems as if your driving habits may have changed, but 9000 miles in 6-1/2 months doesn't exactly smell of short tripping. Nevertheless, you have a lot of fuel in your oil. Did you do a lot of short trips, or perhaps not warm her up all the way before this last change?

I don't drive it. It was cold (at least by Atlanta standards) for a good part of it and I suspect there was some warm up time involved as well as short tripping.

Note: The oil was not changed at the preceding sample so it gained this dilution in since August.

The filter remains in service.

Check the pcv valve. If it's clogged you'll build up fuel in the oil faster.

I changed it, but there wasn't anything wrong with it.
