Drive belt tensioner

2004 Hyundai XG350 with the Sigma engine, 134,xxx miles. A few months ago I posted that there was whining noise coming from the right side of the engine. The recommendations that I got was that there is a problem with either the bearings or the belts. I was able to narrow it down to the drive belt tensioner. How does one go about replacing the tensioner?
