M1EP is similar to Amsoil Signature Series and you should be able to run it for at least 10K. Just make sure you do a UOA to verify.

Is there any 0w20 that should not be trusted at that interval or will they all handle it? QSUD was on sale but i wasn't sure if it would go the distance. My other option is to run 5w20 conventional and drain it at 5000miles. Any thoughts?

Go with a 0w20 and follow the manual. After the warranty, you can use what you want (and at extended drains). Any 0w20 should be fine with the 7,500 interval, even quality store-brand like NAPA (get the sale $3.5/qt if you want, same price as conventional. You really can't use a conventional in the FB without waiving your warranty. I say extended performance oils like Amsoil or M1 EP are wasted on the 7.5OCI. Also, considering the small amount of "sipping" these engines are prone to do, topping off with a 5w30 syn is "in play" according to the manual. Yes, there is vagueness as far as using a heavier weight but not for Syn. "Hot weather" folks, definitely not Mi, might have some consideration... but even then, 0w20 is still more than acceptable. Subarus are typically easy on oil so the interval is not really a issue save for top-off needs.

0w20 + properly spec-ed filter (Wix 57055) = no worries.
