1999 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L 2WD with 82,035 miles

Out: Castrol Syn 5W30 (Blk bottle) and AC Delco PF46E

In: Mobil 1 5W30 Extended Performance and a Napa Gold oil filter
 
1999 Plymouth Voyager 2.4L 144970 miles. Maxlife full synthetic oil was run 7400 miles. Refilled with Maxlife full synthetic 10w30 and used a Wix filter.
 
2006 Ford Explorer V8 155k miles

Out: VWB and Microgard filter (3k ago from previous owner)

In: 6 quarts Citgo Supergard 5W-20 syn blend and Puro Classic L24651 from stash.

Will be running 5K OCI and with the Citgo and FL-820 filter starting with the next change.

In: 5 qts PYB 5w-20, 1 qt PPPP 5w-20 I had laying around for the extra quart, and Motorcraft.

2800 miles on oil (2nd change, mostly a flush to get rid of it), 4300 miles on engine.


Pain in the butt, that dinky little plastic belly pan blocking the oil filter.

I didn't realize Fram had their own oil. I had to google this. lol

I hear you on the belly pan thing. My Escape was missing 3 when I did my last change(first sense I bought it used) and yesterday I saw the front hanging down some, another one fell out somehow! So I had to run to the parts store and get a few screws. All better now.

In: Mobil 1 0w40 + TGMO 0W20 (80/20) - will do 10000 km OCI for the first time

Filter: OEM S2000. Will try Fram XG next time!
 
2006 Accord V6
PP was 6 months old and I was bored. Only 5k on it. That's why it looked really good coming out.
Out - PP w/Puralator Gold
In - M1 with Bosch Premium (I went to WallyWorld)

Also did the third D&F on the trans.

Probably didn't need to do anything, but I was bored and it was a really nice day out.
