Just be forewarned the batteries on these newer Hondas are horrible. Not enough CCA. I keep a small battery charger handy and plug it in once a month.
Good luck on your new purchase.
I don't know about Civic battery, my '04 S2000 battery is a small BCI group size 51, there is no room for lager size.
My daughter '14 Accord original battery is BCI group size 51R, but it has room for a larger size 35. The CCA of size 51 is about 450-500 while size 35 has up to 700 CCA.
According to Autozone website, larger size 34R fits '14 Accord and it has 750 CCA.
When time to change battery in Civic you may want to measure the battery tray to see if larger battery with higher CCA can fit.
