new member, 3 vehicles, 3 questions

i just heard about this site on a radio talk show about cars while channel surfing. glad to join.

my questions are: i have a 2004 BMW 325i, dealer runs 5W30 syn. in my 1996 300Z, i've been using mobil 1 10W30, should i switch to 5W30? 96K miles on it. last, i would like some input on what to do w/my 1985 CJ7, 92K original miles. have been running straight weight but should i change. also i read some names of filters, anyone have suggestions for those for my Z and jeep?

I'd recomend AutoRx on the older vehicles. The product has worked extremely well for me.

That CJ might want a 10w-30. As far as filters go, Fram will get no love here.
