In: Quaker State Ultimate Durability 5w-20 and Denso 150-1002 First Time Fit filter

1971 VW Bus, 1600cc, junk yard engine gone thru to include a Web-Cams regrind cam/lifters, dual carbs, extractor exhaust, 1 1/2 quart sump, full flow filter and a by-pass filter. Total capacity is now 7 quarts (stock was 3 qts).
Aug 2010- Started up engine on ground to break in cam with Shell Rotella 30wt, for 20 mins. Drained oil and inspected Oberg filter, all ok. Poured oil back into engine as this 30wt is hard to find( Rotella 30wt T1 lost its gas engine rating). Ran engine more on ground. Installed engine in Bus with out Oberg. Fabbed a cheapo plate to support Purolator L39001 full flow and a Baldwin B164 by-pass filter. Drove Bus for approx 1500 miles.
Oct 2010- 1st oil change. Shell Rotella T 15W-40wt, CI-4+, 7 quarts. Purolator L39001 and Baldwin B164.

1994 Prelude: Out Maxlife Blend and PureOne. In: M1 AFE0W-30 that I got on clearance at WM for $12 and a M1-104 filter I bought last year from FF for $4.99. I will run this until April. Also changed the trans fluid.

good stuff!91 Festiva .. 10w30 Maxlife with ST 3593a filter. Hoping it will help the last gaskets I've yet to replace. Rear main, internal disty, and valve seals. Previously I ran ST 10w40 HM.
Dad's 91 Festiva .. ST 10w30 with Fram PH3593a.. I guess they don't have ST's at their Walmart. Besides he likes the grip on the end.

Busy weekend here!
Pilot 32,000 miles - Mobil Drive Clean 5000 5w-20 and a PureOne filter.
Frontier 7.400 miles - Mobil Drive Clean 5000 5w-30 and a OEM filter.
Pilot also got a tranny drain and fill, turkey baster power steering fluid swap (X2), and a new Fram air filter.
Frontier also got new rear diff fluid, Redline 75w-90.
Pilot 32,000 miles - Mobil Drive Clean 5000 5w-20 and a PureOne filter.
Frontier 7.400 miles - Mobil Drive Clean 5000 5w-30 and a OEM filter.
Pilot also got a tranny drain and fill, turkey baster power steering fluid swap (X2), and a new Fram air filter.
Frontier also got new rear diff fluid, Redline 75w-90.
Craftsman 6 HP Briggs powered mower. 5W30 Havoline w/1.5 ounces of Lubro Moly.
