What are you cleaning??
HCl
it's for household use
HCl is powerful, but may be too powerful, and fumes are an issue. Usually found commercially as muriatic acid (the industrial grade). But your use might be better served by an organic solvent - methyl alcohol, acetone or such. What are your trying to clean?

IPA (isopropyl alcohol) is a pretty good cleaner. It has a high Kb value but is not that harmful. It is flammable though.

CLR and lime away work about the same. You can buy heavier duty stuff but the normal hardware store brands work fine around the house.
