Anyone know how many times he changed his oil in the rider he used to cross America with? I wonder how many hours it has on it from the ride. You figure from what I am told you change it out once every 25 hours. It would be interesting to see his maintenance schedule. Synthetic or not?????

When the Yardman went through San Antonio a couple of months ago, his mower and support truck was stolen from a motel parking lot, and to the best of my knowlege never returned. So you could say his oil was changed at least once!

The newspaper said that his journey was delayed because all the special transmission gears that let the mower go 25-30 mph were lost in the theft. So I guess his oil change interval was actually 625-750 miles.
