We started using Wix filters at work

I went to do another 6,000 mile oil change and lube on my dumptruck at work. Went into the store room to see that the Hastings had been replaced by Wix filters. Must have gotten a really good bid from O'Reilly Auto Parts on them. They give my employer great deals all the time. I have to say the Wix seem to be better constructed than the Hastings. I found no metal burrs around the threaded ends like I have on the Hastings. Farmers around here seem to always use Wix. Hope the Wix don't develope leaks around the O-Rings the way the Hastings did.

Wix is supossed to be good, they use them on the nascars.

A local oldtime shop had Hastings replaced by WIX, too. The construction seems to be good.
