If it is really as rust-free as you say, in this market someone will buy it to put a motor in it.
I’d see if you can sell it for more than what you would get for scrap.
If you were adventurous…I’d say the ‘easiest’ swap might be 2200 I-4 out of an old S-10 compact truck; or as said, a GM iron duke out of a truck or even mail truck.
