I think I'd be installing a little cut-off wheel on my Dremel . . . removing the valve cover . . . and cutting that baffle out. I'm so precise with my little Dremel, you'd never know it had been cut.

The funnel I have the spout of the funnel seats into the filler hole tight and I just pour away, no need to take 5 minutes for each bottle
