With that you probably can.
For my own, I connected the +/- wires from the maintainer directly to the battery posts under the battery cables themselves.
My Schumacher Maintainer has a 110v pigtail. I cut & made the my own lead(from a piece of 100 ft extension cord). I cut about a 3-4 ft piece off of the 100 ft extension cord.
I then bought from HomeDepot, the male/female ends(including the replacement for the 100 ft. ex.)
I then fed the 3-4 ft piece through & down to the bottom of the vehicle's lower grill.
From there, I can plug in to and existing extension cord in my garage.
Your's is different but I believe it can be done your way. Best of luck I think this is a great Idea that everyone should do.
I'd love to hear more of you you ended up doing this and how others do/did it.
