Stihl trimmer adapter to use Echo Speed Feed head

I have an extra speed-feed trimmer head from an Echo trimmer that I'd like to use on my new Stihl FS-131R trimmer. The speed-feed head that I have came off an Echo trimmer, so the thread doesn't match the Stihl.

Is there an adapter available that you can buy separately to get this to work?

Not sure what's for sale separately but I picked up an echo something or other 400 head and it had a whole array of adapters.

The echo speed feeder bought had several adapters in the box.

The speed feed head I have came off an Echo trimmer, I did not buy the head separately; thus no adapters. Figured there would be an adapter available much like the one this kit has, but I've not had any luck finding it. I'd hate to have to buy a whole new head when I already have one just for that adapter, but it might come down to that.

Found a solution, bought an Ebay Speed feed 450 head for $18.99. Probably a Chinese knockoff, but it comes with the adapters which I can use for the genuine head once this crap Chinese one blows up.
