SFR with Bismuth

This product I know about from personal usage.

With the SFR gas additive product and the SFR engine additive used in 2005 Corolla went from average of 35.3 mpg to 39.3 mpg average last 8 tankfulls. (Before and after treatment - Amsoil 5w-30).


Below is a listing of ASTM testing done that I have compiled on product.

ASTM-D-2783 Standard Method for MEASUREMENT OF EXTREME-PRESSURE PROPERTIES OF LUBRICATING FLUIDS (FOUR-BALL METHOD)

Testing Laboratory: Southwest Research Institute (SWRI) in San Antonio, Texas
1. This method covers the determination of the load-carrying properties of lubricating fluids. The following two determinations are made:
i. Load-wear index and
ii. Weld point by means of the four-ball extreme-pressure (EP) tester


ASTM-D-6335-98 STANDARD TEST METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF HIGH TEMP. DEPOSITS BY THERMO-OXIDATION ENGINE OIL SIMULATION TEST

American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM KA24E Nissan Valve Train Wear Test
Testing Laboratory: Lubrizol Laboratories in Wickliffe, Ohio.
Date Completed 9/25/02
The results of the test indicate that when SJ rated Pennzoil 10W30 engine oil was treated at 5%
by volume with SFR 100 and subjected to the KA24E test; average camshaft lobe wear was reduced
from 41.43 microns to 35.62 microns, a reduction of 14%.
