Looks like a nicely made filter. Thick can and solid construction. Was the pleat spacing of the filter media consistent all around?

it was very consistent around. not quite like a premium guard but very good.

Not digging the louvers much, they look a bit choked down to me. Otherwise, looks decent.

Looks good to my eye. No adbv cuts, even indentions seen. As for louvers, like to see what they look like with media removed, possibly a flashlight taken to it if need be. I find that to be more revealing on louver openings. In personal experience, seen where camera angle can make a difference across the tube.
